Stephen manages a portfolio of assets while providing advice and consultancy service on pre-acquisition due diligence, tenant management, service charge structures and lease covenants.

Extensive Landlord and Tenant experience gained through rent reviews, lease restructures and renewals undertaken in Dublin and other major urban locations countrywide across a broad range of commercial property sectors on behalf of institutional clients, banks, private clients and other corporate occupiers.

Jenny sources commercial investment opportunities for both private and institutional investors in Ireland and throughout Europe. She is responsible for all aspects of asset management, acquisitions, disposals and general investment matters in the Irish market.
